Maybe, the car you want is not available in your country.
Maybe, cars are cheaper in Germany.
Maybe, if you want a new car, you have to wait 2 or more years to get it, so you look in Germany if that car is available.
You know your reason.
1 - You search the net,
2 - You make a pre-selection of cars that maybe are ok for you
3 - If you find something, you check the available information, if the car fits your needs
- km,
- years old,
- previous owners or new
- Options, equipment (seats, navi, Soundsystem, color, rim-size, panorama roof and so on)
- Price
- get info if car is available,
- accident free,
- negotiate price if all fits.
5 - You go there, look at the car, if you like it
- make contract, buy and pay it
- Drive home.
The difference can start at with:
4 - You call the dealer.
- If he hears that you are from outside Germany, he might tell you he cannot sell to you. For many car dealers it is too much work to sell NET.
- If you tell him, you live outside of the EU, your chances to get this car might even get smaller or you get an Export Price that is much higher than the price in the internet.
- If you call a licensed Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover…. or any other brand dealer, he will tell you he cannot sell to you. They are not allowed to sell to anyone outside of Germany. Even German car-dealers cannot buy from them. Only if the car is older than a year, he might sell to you.
If the car dealer wants or can sell to you and you can agree with the price,
5 – you go there.
If you come from an EU country, it might be a possibility.
- Take 2-3 days off from work and come here.
- Bus, train or ask a friend/family to drive with you. If you have a car-trailer, take it.
- Go there and check the car.
- Pay it (if you have a VAT number – maybe net - you still might to pay 19% VAT deposit, if not, with 19% VAT deposit), and get export plates or put it on your trailer.
- Drive the car home.
- If you paid 19% VAT deposit, try to get it back from your car dealer.
If you come from outside of the EU, the Middle East, Egypt, China, or any country far away, it might be more difficult and more expensive.
- fly here
- take a hotel
- go to the car dealer, hope he still has the car.
- check the car
- make a contract, pay him with 19% VAT deposit
- order a car transport
- order a ship
- wait for the transporter, to be sure it gets loaded (1-2 weeks)
- fly home
- Try to get it back from your car dealer.
Or, (not a good idea) don´t fly here.
- Believe the car dealer.
- Buy the car without seeing it.
- Send the money. (+19% VAT deposit)
- Order a transport.
- Hope, you really bought a car and not just a picture. The car gets loaded and shipped to you.
- After your car has, hopefully, arrived in your country, get the necessary documents and send them to the car dealer to get your VAT deposit back. If he does not repay you, inquire with the German tax department to get a refund. It takes several months, in best case.
If you are a professional car dealer and you have a lot experience about buying a car in the EU you might not need us.
You know, what you have to do and when to be careful and how to make sure to get it.
Still, a lot of professional car-dealers use our service.
Why?
- Because, some cars they cannot get but we can buy for them.
- Because, they want an evaluation of the car and order a car check from us.
- Because, they want security with financial transfers.
Do everything like in point 1-3 above.
4. - Talk to the car dealer
but tell him! “My German partner company wants to buy the car for themself.” Do not tell them our name yet.
- That is interesting for the car dealer. No mountains of documents. Easy German-German sell for him for gross price = net +19%VAT.
- Negotiate the price. You might get a much better price now.
- If the dealer is a licensed Mercedes, Porsche, Land Rover, Ferrari… dealer, he might not want to sell cars, younger than 1 year to us, a German car dealer. In this case, ask us first and tell us, you are interested in a car at an official car-dealership.
5. - Contact us
- Tell us what car you want to buy.
- Send us your company registration and your CEO´s ID or passport copy, signed by him and full address.
- If you are a private person, ID or passport copy, full address.
- We send you, our company details, that you can send to the car dealer for a contract.
- We will make a contract with you and buy the car for you.
- Ask your preferred transport company to pick-up the car.
- Pay us the car shortly before the car is loaded on the car-transporter. Now you are sure the car is really there and you do not pay for a picture of a car that does not exist.
After the car has arrived in your country, send us the required documents and we immediately repay your VAT deposit.
We offer the possibility to check the car for you.
Especially, if you want to buy a used car, it might be essential (important) to see the car personally and check it inside and outside.
If we buy a car for our company, we always check them.
This check takes about 2-3 hours. Cost 450 EUR + 1,10 /km from Bad Tölz near Munich to the dealer and back.
Please check in Google Maps for the distance from us, to the car dealer. So you have an idea how much it will cost.
It is not nothing. But imagine you buy a car and it arrives in your country and you see it had an accident. You find out you paid many 1000s Euro too much.
We can help here and check the car for you and you know what you buy. We will give a recommendation if you can buy it or better not.
Also, if we find something we can re-negotiate the price, if you still want to buy this car.
If you want, we can drive the car back to our company.
Or, check our stock, our cars are all checked and export ready.
We guaranty, that the car is as promised.
When we buy a car for you, we tread it as if we buy a car for our company. We are careful, check the dealer and car documents, to make sure all is as the dealer promises.

(new rims, different navi, adding protective foil on the car or darkening of windows…) Please check the net, where to buy these parts and order them and send them to us. If you need EUR1 document for your country when importing a car!
We cannot provide EUR1.
Only the manufacturer can issue EUR1 but will not do that for new cars and only sometimes for used cars older than 1 year.
It takes a long time to finally get it and is very expensive.
In this time the car would have to be stored in Germany and cannot be shipped.
We can store the car in our company and offer a financing service of 0,25%/week. (1%/month) That means you pay the car in full only before loading.
You can also, pay the car in full after we buy it for you and transport the car to the harbor and store it there. The harbor has a price per day for storage.

Downpayment
In some cases, we might ask for a downpayment.
The downpayment will be subtracted from your final payment.

VAT deposit, 10% or 19%?
VAT deposit, is a security for the seller, in case he sells the car net to you, that you really export the car.
Normally if you buy a car in Germany, you pay the net price + 19% VAT. Usually, you can apply to get the 19% back as soon as you can prove the car was exported and has arrived in your country.
If the seller cannot prove to the tax department, that the car was exported, because he did not receive the required documents from the buyer, he (the seller) has to pay the 19% VAT to the German tax department.
We only ask, in most cases, for 10% deposit and repay you quickly after we have received the required documents.
In some cases, we have to ask for 19%, that we will pay back quickly as soon as the documents arrive.
If you have a company, outside of the EU
- Your company is older than 3 years since registration – VAT deposit 10%
- Your company is younger than 3 years – VAT deposit 19%
- If you are a private person outside of the EU – your VAT deposit is 19%
- If you or your company is in Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan – VAT dep. 19%
If you live or your company is based in Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan,
please be aware:
Due to export restrictions to these countries, there is a special export requirement.
You will need an End-User-Certificate.
Private buyers and companies have to prove and guarantee, that the car they buy in the EU, will stay in your country and cannot be sold to another country.
If you live or your company is based in Russia or Belarus
By law, we are not allowed to serve you at the moment, sorry.
Final payment
Has to be done, latest before the car is loaded on the car-transporter.
Only when we have received the full payment, can the car be loaded.
The driver of the transport company can guaranty that the car is there and ready for you.
Payment is via bank transfer, not cash.
Depending on your bank, it can take several days. Swift transfer is faster. Please speak to your bank.
